Save the configuration and current feature descriptions
Match the VIN and record the model and production details from the documents. Ask the seller to show the relevant vehicle information while parked. Preserve the exact wording of advertised software features rather than interpreting a general assistance label as a specific capability.
Do not assume current access transfers
A feature visible during the seller’s ownership does not settle every question about availability after sale. Ask for the applicable transfer conditions and distinguish installed hardware, purchased features and subscriptions. Keep written evidence of the claims that matter to you. Do not share account passwords as a shortcut for ownership handover.
Inventory keys and charging equipment
Record the keys, cables and adapters actually included and check suitability through the vehicle instructions. Note later wheel or interior changes separately from the factory configuration. Keep battery condition, charging performance and assistance-system operation as separate inspection questions. An original equipment list cannot establish those conditions or replace confirmation of the new owner’s feature access.
