Is this a vehicle history report?
No. The service provides original factory specifications and equipment. It does not verify accidents, mileage, finance, ownership or roadworthiness.
Can I use a Norwegian registration number?
Yes. Enter the registration number in the lookup field. It is resolved to a VIN before pricing and fulfilment. If the register is unavailable, enter the VIN directly.
Does the VIN photo leave my device?
The website reads the selected photo in your browser. The photo is not uploaded to our servers. Confirm the recognised VIN before using it.
Can I choose my currency?
Prices follow the country detected by our server. There is no manual currency selector. Changing the website or report language does not change the currency.
How do credits work?
Standard reports use one credit; Bentley uses three. Prepaid pack credits are valid for 12 months. Membership credits are issued monthly and carry an expiry date in the account ledger.
What if a report cannot be supplied?
Contact customer support with your order number. An unfulfillable paid report is eligible for a refund; a credit order is eligible for restoration of the credits. See our refund policy for details.
How do I sign in?
Use your email address on the account page. We send a secure sign-in link. Never share that link or a sign-in code with anyone.
