Accuracy and coverage
Reports use available factory data. Information may be incomplete or vary by manufacturer, year and market. Reports do not establish current condition, accident history, mileage, finance or ownership. Please check the VIN before ordering and compare important features with the vehicle itself.
Prices, payment and delivery
The applicable local price is shown before payment and validated by our server. A report is processed after payment confirmation or successful credit redemption. Two PDF variants are provided where the factory data can be fulfilled. Delivery availability is confirmed through your order status and email. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time during prelaunch.
Credits and memberships
A standard report costs one credit; Bentley costs three. Purchased packs expire 12 months after issue. Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Credit amounts, price and expiry conditions must be disclosed at checkout. Cancelling prevents future renewal; it does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact support if your account does not provide the expected billing controls.
Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
See our refund policy. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Where an exception to withdrawal for digital content applies, it requires the legally necessary prior express consent and acknowledgement; we do not treat visiting this site or entering a VIN as that consent.
Use and complaints
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or submit data unlawfully. Keep your sign-in link private. Send complaints to customer support with the order reference. Norwegian law applies subject to mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence.
