Describe the passenger layout first
Match the VIN and record model year and seating configuration from the documents and the car itself. Note access to each row and the installed console arrangement. Keep the trim name as a reference; it should not replace a list of the specific passenger features you need.
Ask for position-specific demonstrations
Where adjustable, heated, ventilated or massage seats are advertised, ask exactly which positions are included. Observe ordinary controls while parked and keep the descriptions from the equipment record. Do not treat one passenger control panel as proof of identical functions throughout the cabin.
Inventory entertainment and removable equipment
List screens, remotes, headphones, luggage fittings and other items mentioned in the sale. Ask which require an account or separate service and which are simply supplied accessories. Record later replacements and unresolved questions. A complete handover inventory complements the original specification but cannot establish that all cabin equipment is working correctly.
