Identify the exact car behind the name
Match the VIN and record model, powertrain and production details from the paperwork. Keep trim labels and package names exactly as written. Do not infer a chassis or assistance feature from exterior accents, a sporty appearance or photographs of a different example.
Check the features you can document
For advertised seats, suspension equipment or braking components, request the complete description and supporting paperwork. Compare it with the fitted parts and visible controls. If something has been replaced, keep that explanation and its invoice separate from the original build. Avoid using colour alone to identify a component.
Make multimedia and charging questions explicit
Ask for a parked demonstration of the functions you intend to use. If the car is a plug-in vehicle, list the supplied cables and accessories individually and verify suitability through its instructions. Keep software access, accessory condition and original equipment as separate checks. A factory record does not establish battery condition or current service access.
